Scholarships

One way to help ensure that financial constraints do not hinder a student's ability to complete their degree is through the support of a scholarship and bursary program. The added financial assistance can go a long way in helping to cover the rising costs of tuition and books, and offset the cumulating debt load that students are facing.

Financial need is not the only reason for maintaining a scholarship and bursary program, however. Scholarships play a key role in attracting and retaining top students by rewarding high academic achievements. To encourage our students to strive for academic excellence, and to attract top academic performers to our institution, we must continue to offer an attractive awards program.

Throughout the years, Campion College has assisted numerous students through its scholarship and bursary program. On average, more than $100,000 is awarded to our students each year. Many of these awards have been established through generous gifts and bequests. However, a large portion of scholarships and bursaries are financed by the college's operating budget. To ensure the viability of the scholarship and bursary program, Campion College has established a Scholarship Endowment Fund. The goal of this fund is not only to cover the cost of the existing awards program, but also to provide for future growth.

We must raise the endowment fund's capital, in order for Campion College to meet all award commitments and allow for future increases. Your contribution towards the Scholarship Endowment Fund will help us reach our ultimate goal---opening the doors to Catholic-based higher education for generations to come.
