Nomination Procedures

1. Submission of a nomination package, which includes:

  1. Completed Nomination Package (pdf file, 254 KB)
  2. Biographical sketch of the nominee
  3. A statement of 300 words or less indicating why this candidate is deserving of the Campion College Alumni of Distinction Award
  4. A release form signed by the nominee to:
    1. Let his/her name stand in nomination; and
    2. Agree to attend the presentation ceremony if selected to receive the award
  5. Additional supporting documents, such as a list of awards of public recognition, sample media reports, letters of reference, det.

2. Completed nomination packages should be sent to the attention of:

Deadline for submission of nominations is April 30, 2010.
